Brooke Arthur

Brooke is a ticketing professional with over 19 years’ experience delivering ticketing programs for world-class major events.

Her ticketing career began in Canada at Vancouver 2010 Olympics and has taken her across the globe, ultimately landing in her new home on the Gold Coast in 2016. Since then, she’s contributed to some of the biggest sporting events across Australia and New Zealand, including the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, the 2020 ICC T20 World Cup, the Invictus Games Sydney 2018 and the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

In early 2025, Brooke joined the Code Four team, leading the Ticketing and Accreditation function across multiple projects. She works closely with the wider talented team to bring seamless operational execution and friendly customer service to every event.

Brooke believes deeply in the magic of live events and is passionate about ensuring every ticket holder has a memorable, meaningful experience. Whether it’s managing quotas, planning operations, or ensuring excellent customer service, she understands that a ticket is often the first touchpoint between the customer and a brand and treats that responsibility with care.

Outside the ticketing world, you’ll likely find her at the local gym, enjoying a beverage with her partner and friends, or just soaking up the Gold Coast sunshine. Now a proud Australian and full time GC local, she’s fully embraced a life without truly cold weather, admitting she can’t imagine moving back to Canada and surviving another winter!
