John Cancilla
Chief Financial Officer
John Cancilla is a Southern California native who has over 35 years of experience in a variety of roles, including finance, accounting, and operations. John is a self-motivated, proactive professional who thinks out of the box. With his rare skill set in both finance and operations, he can move cross functionally with pinball like ability. John is able to establish effective working relationships with all the key players in operations, finance, sales, project management, and creative.
Prior to joining Code Four, John worked with several companies that include Hartwell Corporation, Southco, OSI Systems, Foster & Klieser Outdoor, and AAA Imaging Solutions. He earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from California State University Los Angeles, and his Master’s degree in Finance from University of Phoenix.
Outside of his duties with Code Four, John enjoys the outdoors, and is active in preserving and teaching outdoor activities for the youth, ranging from surfing, fly fishing, and competition shooting. He also enjoys destination fly fishing trips that have included places like Chile, Alaska, Utah, Montana, and Mexico.
