Kevin Elliott

Chief Executive Officer

The technical skills Kevin Elliott gained early in his career have become the foundation for an innovative business that combines event logistics, marketing, manufacturing and even jets.

Beginning his work life at Boeing in IT, he left a couple years later to form Code Four, an award-winning creative agency and design laboratory with the full technical abilities of a production house and fabrication shop. Code Four, which is a first responder term for “no additional assistance needed,” delivers innovative services and products to organizations such as The Chargers, Major League Soccer and The Galaxy, The Irvine Company and many others.

Event production became common thread to many of his services, and three years ago, Elliott added The Great Pacific Airshow to his company’s portfolio.

Elliott brought Code Four’s resources to help the show’s ground game in 2017 and took over the show in 2018. His vision of a lifestyle festival with an airshow component is unfolding with new additions to each show. In his first year at the helm, the U.S. Air Force named The Great Pacific Airshow as the civilian site of the year. This honor demonstrates the commitment of not only Code Four and Elliott, but all of those who work together to make The Great Pacific Airshow a global destination event. The U.S. Air Force ultimately honored the Airshow a second time with this award (in 2019), becoming the only airshow in the country to achieve this.

In 2018, Elliott and the Code Four team repeated this effort with the Cherry Blossom Festival, Orange County’s homegrown celebration of Japanese culture. Elliott grew attendance at the event from 5,000 to more than 50,000 in 2019.

Born and raised in Huntington Beach, Elliott continues to live in the beach town with his wife Jane.
